THE COMPOUND
April 11, 2018Named “The Compound” for good reason, this 14,780 square foot beast of a home is what dreams are made of. The Compound is full of custom pieces from an 18 foot chandelier to murals by the one and only Alec Monopoly. Our team poured their blood, sweat and tears into this project for two years and we couldn’t be more proud of the result. Below you’ll see a glimpse of our process from concept to completion. Areas featured include Entertainment Areas, Bedrooms, Kitchen & Dining, Bathrooms and Laundry Rooms.
ENTERTAINMENT AREAS: Bowling Lounge, Media Loft, Game Room and Theater.

BEDROOMS:
One of the special features in the Master Bedroom is the cowhide wall treatment. We love including unexpected elements to each space!
KITCHEN & DINING AREAS:
We collaborated with Savoy Studios to design a massive 18 foot custom chandelier for our client’s dining area and the dining chairs are made of seat belt material…yes you read that right! Aren’t they amazing?!
The Kelly Wearstler window treatments really compliment the amazing Ann Sacks tile work in this kitchen. The Cabinetry is by Hayes Cabinets, the sink is from Chown Hardware andthe gorgeous matte black faucet is from Ferguson Showrooms. And last but not least take a look at that subzero refrigerator by Wolf Appliances.Wow just WOW!
BATHROOMS:
This home has a total of 11 bathrooms. Each bathroom has its own unique design with gorgeous tile work, amazing lighting and special features. Here are a few of our favorites!
